ITSF sent the Seminar Invitation Letter through fax and email address which you wrote in the Seminar Leaflet registration.

If you haven't got the Seminar Invitation yet,
please find your name in the session you chose, or contact to the ITSF Officers.
ITSF Officers will send the Seminar Invitation Letter through your email.

ITSF Officers WILL NOT LET YOU IN if you could not show the Seminar Invitation Letter to them.

ITSF Semianr is open to public and free of charge.
Seminar certificate, coffe break, as well as a certificate of attendance is provided.

However, as a pre-requirement to receive the certificate, ITSF require all participants to attend the selected seminar completely as stated on the schedule (please find the schedule in the handput of the respective session).

Any participant who leaves the seminar for any reasons before the session is over, WILL NOT entitle to receive the certificate.

The certificate will be given directly only to the participant, and no representative is allowed.
ITSF WILL NOT SEND the certificate to the participants' address.

The Science & Technology Research Grant Program Year 2011 recipients have the obligation to do their presentation which was funded by ITSF in the form of ITSF Seminar which will be held on:

Seminar Invitation Letter should be brought when you are attending as an evidence that you are registered.
FIRST COMES FIRST SERVED.

For the participants had already registered, snack, lunch, as well as certificate will be provided.
Certificate pf attendance will be given ONLY after 3rd session (during the Closing Ceremony).
Only participant him/herself may receive the Certificate. No representative allowed.

All winners & research grant recipients program year 2011, automatically registered as a seminar participants.
