If ITSF has already received the Nomination Form,
ITSF will reply it with APPLICATION FORM.


APPLICATION FORM
The due date of sending APPLICATION FORM is 30-September-2010 (post stamp).
APPLICATION FORM should be completely filled, signed by Head of Principal, attached by the latest photoprgraph, and multiply it in 5 (five) exemplars.

ITSF 17th Program, year 2010 has already open

There are 3 programs which are offered by ITSF:

1. Science and Technology Award
2. Science Education Award
3. Science and Technology Research Grant

Comprehensive requirements to join the program, and the 2010 application form can be viewed and downloaded from this sites.

ITSF 17th Program, Year 2010 will be started in the begin of June 2010.

MASTER PLAN 2010

On 11 February 2010, ITSF held ceremony presented awards and research grants Program Year 2009. It was exactly the 16th time in implementing the program.

There were 10 Science Education Award's recipients, 1 Science & Technology Award's Recipient, and 19 Science & Technology Research Grant's recipients.

On this occasion, Dr. Maeda Katsunosuke as a Honorary Chairman of Toray Industries, Inc., Japan attended and gave his speech. He also explained that as a form of his social activities, in addition to establishing Toray Science Foundation, Toray Group is also implementing A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

One of the CSR activities in Indonesia, last year Toray gave the gift of a classic Japanese story book to the 7 universities which were manage Japanese Cultural Study Center, and fundraising assistance earthquake victims from all employees Toray Group.

On behalf of ITSF, we would like congratulated for the recipient Award & Grant Program Year 2009. The next program, in 2010, will begin in approximately mid-June 2010.

ITSF Seminar is open to public and free of charge.
Seminar certificate, coffee break, and lunch is provided.

However, as a prerequirement to receive the certificate, ITSF requires all participants to attend the selected seminar completely as stated on the schedule (please find the schedule in the handout of the respective session).

Any participant who leaves the seminar for any reasons before the session is over will not entitle to receive the certificate.

The certificate will be given directly only to the participant, and no representative is allowed. ITSF will not send the certificate to the participant's address.

The form should be filled completely and MUST be sent by FAX.

We will send the seminar invitation by FAX.
Seminar Invitation letter should be brought when you are attending as an evidence that you are registrated. First Comes First Served basis.

For the participants had already registered, snack, lunch, as well as certificate will be provided.
Certificate of attendance will be given ONLY after 3rd session (during the Closing Ceremony).
Only participant him/herslef may receive the Certificate. No representative allowed.

All winners & research grants' recipients program year 2009, automatically registered as a seminar participant.

All seminar participants can check their names in the ITSF official website.
