Step by step I will show how to download the form,
because I got some emails & phones asked me how to get the downloaded form inside the site.
Actually, if you were patient enough to read & to learn this site, so you will get easily to find the 'terms, conditions, and download the form' to join in ITSF's Program (beside the techniqal problem occured).
The lesson I got from many 'complains' that they couldn't got the 'terms, condition, and download the form', it's because people like to ask first, rather than try to read, to learn, and to find the result by themselves.
